Step 1: Download SBP Sunwai App

1. Download the App: Go to your app store and download the SBP Sunwai App.

2. Registration Process: Watch tutorial videos on YouTube for guidance on registering with the app.

 Step 2: Lodge Your Complaint

1. Launch the App: Open the SBP Sunwai App and go to the dashboard.

2. Create a New Complaint: Select the option "Create new complaint" and then choose "General banking complaint."

3. Select Your Bank: From the list of Pakistani banks in the app, select the bank against which you want to register your complaint.
